Returns & exchanges

We want your MuddieBuddies waterproofs to be in good order when they arrive. Please read this policy before requesting an exchange.

What we can exchange

Only items with a factory defect can be exchanged. If a product arrives with a manufacturing fault (for example a broken zip, failed seam, or other production defect), contact us and we will arrange an exchange of that item.

What we cannot exchange

Worn items cannot be exchanged. We do not accept returns or exchanges for clothing that has been worn, washed, or shows any signs of use, including change-of-mind after wear.

We also cannot exchange items that are not defective (for example wrong size ordered by mistake once garments have been worn, or preference of colour after wearing).

How to request an exchange

1. Email us at info@muddiebuddies.co.za or use our contact form.
2. Include your order details, a short description of the defect, and clear photos of the issue if possible.
3. Do not wear the item further — worn defective stock may not qualify.

We will confirm whether the item qualifies for exchange under this policy and how to proceed.

Sizing

Please check our size guide before you buy. MuddieBuddies garments are cut generously to allow room for clothes underneath. If you need sizing help, contact us before ordering.
